How it all started
The idea for Recruitable took shape in 2021, when co-founders Cristian and Riccy started looking closely at the hiring market.

Cristian had grown up in Colombia and knew the talent market well. Riccy understood the realities small businesses face when trying to grow and hire. They could see the opportunity on both sides, but also what stood in the way. International hiring often came with too many layers, multiple partners, complicated processes, and models that simply weren’t built with smaller businesses in mind. For many, that complexity was enough to keep them from considering it at all.

Recruitable was built to change that, to bring the process together, make international hiring more accessible, and create a connection between businesses and professionals that feels as natural as hiring locally.
