How it Works
We’re an Employer of Record in Colombia, legally established to hire on behalf of U.S. businesses. If you’re a match for a role, we’ll contact you first, then guide you through our screening and interview process. You’re hired through us, with contracts handled directly and pay in Colombian pesos, including the mandated benefits depending on your contract type.
